A toddler class introducing ballet & creative movement to music, develop coordination, primary moving skills, self-confidence & to learn classroom etiquette & sharing.
Kinder-Combo
A 60-minute class for dancers in Kindergarten. This class introduces the basic foundations of ballet and tap while exploring rhythm, coordination and creative movement for children just beginning school. This class will perform both a ballet and a tap dance in the Spring Recital.
Ballet/Jazz I Combo
A 60-minute combination class consisting of pre-jazz and pre-ballet with emphasis on rhythm, coordination and flexibility. This class will perform both a ballet and a jazz dance in the Spring Recital.
Ballet/Pointe
Ballet is an artistic dance style characterized by grace and precision of movement and elaborate, formal technique. All dancers will be leveled in their ballet classes based on age and dance ability. Dancers in levels 5 and above are required to take class twice each week. Students wishing to dance on pointe must enroll in a pre-pointe class.
Musical Theatre
Musical Theatre combines songs, spoken dialogue, acting, and dance. Students learn basic musical theatre dance moves, vocal training, basic acting and musical theatre performance techniques. Classes for pre-school students thru high school. Age appropriate curriculum focused on developing a love and passion for theatre performing.
Jazz
Stylized theatrical dancing based on many other forms of dance and influenced by American Jazz music. Dancers must also be enrolled in Ballet class.
Tap
Tap dance presents various rhythms made by movements of the feet that develop timing and coordination. There are 3 levels of tap offered depending on age and skill.
Tumbling
Tumbling class offers the fundamentals of gymnastics focused on the skills necessary for gymnastics, cheerleading, dance & overall fitness. Beginner levels for elementary & teens progressing through Intermediate & Advanced skills.
Hip Hop
Hip-Hop teaches students the latest movement in street dance, funk and hip-hop. It also focuses on endurance, strength, rhythm and timing.
Contemporary
Contemporary dance is a style of expressive dance that combines elements of several dance genres including modern, jazz, lyrical and classical ballet. Contemporary dancers strive to connect the mind and the body through fluid dance movements.
